To install, run "INSTALL.EXE" from Windows.

The installer will copy/decompress Event Manager and all of it's
necessary files to the directory you specify.  The installer will 
take (from HD) a few seconds or (from disk) about a minute and a 
half, and will use up to 500K space on your disk.

NOTE : EVENT MANAGER PASSWORD PROTECTION

Please read the manual to familiarize yourself with Event Manager's
password protection features BEFORE using them.  Several password of
the protection options are quite INFLEXIBLE and you WILL HAVE PROBLEMS
if you're not VERY carefull!
